The People & Team: The absolute best part of working at UW is the team. I am constantly surrounded by passionate, talented people across the entire business. Accessible Leadership: Leadership including the Executive Leadership Team is highly visible and genuinely approachable. There is an incredibly refreshing openness where you can discuss ideas, successes, and concerns directly with senior leaders and get meaningful answers. Career Flexibility: I’m incredibly grateful for the "squiggly career" path UW has supported over the last 5 years. I’ve had fantastic opportunities to lead high-impact projects and actively help shape our internal culture. Strong Community: Between town halls, all-hands meetings, employee forums, and frequent communications, there are endless opportunities to network and collaborate across departments.
