      Pros

      Great for experienced to change processes, take leadership roles, and conduct own project. Great for greeny, if they would find a nice person to work for.

      Cons

      For experienced really hard to improve salary, and move forward up. Bad for greeny, cause it's hard to work in common company uncertainty and without good-provided processes.

      * All standard working benefits like health insurance for 1 day, laptop for work, etc. * Good working atmosphere * Salary is ok for Moscow

      Cons

      * Not so many challenging tasks (online retailer is online retailer overall) * Huge monolith you have to deal with * Company is big, so there a lot of time you will waste on communication between units
