Over work load No proper work flow

Able to learn latest high end technology stuffs 6. Friendly colleagues and management which helps us to learn and work in a peaceful atmosphere 7. Strictly no politics

I could not find any downsides when we compare with any of the normal startups right now in the industry as right time salary is the crucial aspect every startup fails to provide,but Uvionics Tech does it with out any fail till date.
