      Pros

      I was moving to UK, so I was worried about all the relocation and the trouble finding a place to stay and ... but the HR were so helpful, both before I move and also after that, helping me with all the information needed and then with relocation expenses which was a great support for someone moving from abroad!

      Cons

      As the work is a lot, sometimes it took a few days to get a response back from HR

      Competitive salary Friendly, welcoming team and positive culture generally Good office location

      Cons

      Leadership on the commercial/marketing side could sometimes be controlling and toxic There was a lack of professional conduct in leadership meetings and misalignment often led to heated disagreements Very hierarchical and 3rd party suppliers or agencies were treated badly
