9yV2Works is very sorry that you feel this way and that you were so unhappy working for us. As a successful design company, we continually strive for a great working environment, and honestly feel we go out of our way to take care of our employees — both on a professional level and personal level. Not only do we care for our team on a daily basis, we truly value our team members from every point of view, getting to know each person individually, and support them as much as possible to allow them to thrive. While we do expect our employees to contribute 100%, V2Works still focuses very hard to cultivate a cheerful, creative atmosphere where our designers can sit down at their desk every day and feel satisfied with the work, as well as the organization.
V2Works has spent over 23 years building a company that works hard, and also expects our employees to do the same. But, we balance that with playing hard too. Our play-hard team activities such as massage days, movie days, bowling, golf, foosball games, and weekly lunches out, foster a fun, creative, family-centric environment for all, while balancing out the work-hard days. We also perpetuate a satisfying work-life balance, where our team members come first and reap the rewards of a balanced lifestyle.
We truly believe that people should love what they do, look forward to coming to work every day, and be happy with where they are. As such, we have always maintained that people should be happy in life no matter what, and if they are not happy at V2Works, because we sincerely care about them as individuals, we will readily wish them well on their own personal endeavors.
Despite the fact that you were regrettably unhappy, we do wish you the greatest happiness and success in the future.
