Cons
This company is a complete disaster. There is no structure or process in place. Salaries are consistently delayed, and my provident fund (PF) hasn't been credited. The CEO is always lying and has no clear vision for the business, while the CEO's executive assistant (EA) is equally rude and unhelpful. The project manager, who I won’t name, is another major problem — they make decisions without following any company policies, and they do whatever they want without any accountability. If anyone dares to speak against them or raise concerns, they’re immediately kicked out. It’s a toxic and demotivating environment. They focus more on removing negative reviews online than actually addressing the issues within the company. They can’t even afford to pay for office space. HR is completely useless, constantly rude, and adds to the overall poor atmosphere.
