      - Projects are not that interesting - the Ukrainian language prevails, however, the company considers itself as English speaking culture, and some employees might not speak with you in English or Russian as a matter of principle - Salary might be delayed, due to payment service the company use

      Pros

      Very impressed with this place: paychecks arrive early, which is always a nice surprise. HR is on the ball—super quick to respond to anything you need. The tech managers really know their stuff, making complex projects a lot easier to handle. Plus, there are tons of training events to help you up your game.
