Pros

Incredible colleagues - some of the best people I have ever worked with.

Cons

This was by far the most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced. Leadership fosters a hostile environment and the company culture is toxic from the top down, driven by misogyny, favoritism, and a “boys club” mentality that creates a hostile and exclusionary environment. To make matters worse, leadership actively dismantled employee resource groups, silencing the few safe spaces employees had to support one another. There is absolutely no room for growth—no raises, no promotions, and definitely no bonuses. Promotions go to favorites, not based on merit or performance. Layoffs happen suddenly and with little explanation, while leadership remains focused on optics and self-preservation instead of actual business health or employee well-being. There’s zero accountability at the top. Legitimate concerns—whether about discrimination, unethical behavior, or general dysfunction—are routinely dismissed. With one of the leaders consistently referring to legitimate issues as “drama”, particularly when they come from female employees. Leadership has blatantly lied to employees about company performance, direction, and job security, creating a constant atmosphere of fear and confusion. Not only are the clients difficult, but employees are encouraged to lie to them about performance and the direction of their account. Rather than supporting the team, leadership is too busy focusing on the wrong things. They ignore real issues, contribute to the toxicity, and perpetuate a discriminatory culture. It’s continuing to get worse as they recently laid off a large group of top performing women due to “budget concerns”, while keeping incompetent, low performing men who have cost the business several clients and blatantly violated FTC advertising laws. I am very lucky to have gotten another job that allowed me to leave this place but if you’re coming to work here please beware!! This place is a sinking ship and if you value respect, fairness, or any kind of professional development, I’d urge you to look elsewhere.
