- VCMT offers a platform like no other for trading opportunity. If you are good you can be running a desk within a year of starting as a Trading Analyst and if you are great within 6-8 months - Culture is very transparent - They have an excellent trader training programme that is based on core values of "deliberate practice" which accelerates learning
Cons
- If a highly competitive environment with high levels of pressure is not for you, this job will be extremely demanding - If you are not used to thoughtful disagreements or being challenged, this job will put you way outside your comfort zone
