Welcoming and Friendly Environment: From day one, everyone at VEKA has been incredibly welcoming and friendly, making it easy to feel at home. Pride and Positivity: Employees take great pride in their work and maintain a positive attitude, which is both inspiring and motivating. Comprehensive Induction Process: The induction process is thorough and well-structured, providing a solid foundation for future success. Yasmine Hooson (Talent Acquisition Partner) has been an absolute rock from the get go. She is personal, friendly, organised and genuinely cares about people. Nothing is too much trouble, and she is a credit to the company. Matthew Adaway (Sales Director) has also been a monumental part of the business. His foresight, attention to detail, positivity and structured strategies make working alongside him both enjoyable and educational. He is well regarded by his colleagues and a real people person. All other colleagues so far have been so easy to get along with, productive, genuine, and most importantly they enjoy having a laugh whilst getting the job done. ** NOTE ** This is not a paid promotion!
