Pros

->A good place to learn how to manage a heavy workload and high client expectations ->Helps build a strong work ethic, resilience, and practical time-management skills ->Fast-paced environment that pushes you to grow and learn quickly ->A valuable learning experience, especially for those who want to develop confidence working under pressure ->Significantly punches above it's weight in the industry ->Dedicated and amazing people to work with ->Great parties!

Cons

->Salaries on the low side compared to industry averages ->No clear career progression in some departments ->VERB's nimbleness and flexibility often means projects have very demanding timelines and shifting goals and requirements

Pros

Love the option to work from home, but still interact regularly with the team. Lot's of autonomy and schedule flexibility with a supportive culture.

Cons

Pay is so so. Being publicly traded creates some stressors and challenges...and sometimes short-sided decisions.

Thanks for the positive review, but VERB has never had a VP of Sales, nor are we publicly traded. We appreciate the love though.
