Love the option to work from home, but still interact regularly with the team. Lot's of autonomy and schedule flexibility with a supportive culture.

Cons

Pay is so so. Being publicly traded creates some stressors and challenges...and sometimes short-sided decisions.

Great energy, interesting clients and work, fast paced, lots of opportunity, people are easy to work with

Cons

Not a con but the agency environment and variety of clients means you have to be highly adaptable and have ability to thrive is fast pace!
