The nature of the work is genuinely impactful. In my role as Deputy General Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute directly to operational excellence, service delivery, and the overall customer experience. I have a strong level of influence over decisions and processes. I’ve been able to shape workflows, guide teams, and implement improvements that make a real difference. Exposure to international standards and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with missions and global teams has helped me broaden my professional competencies and leadership skills. A good platform to develop managerial and operational expertise. The role offers continuous learning, challenges, and opportunities to take initiative.

Cons

There is a need for more consistent focus on meeting deadlines. Operational priorities sometimes shift, which impacts timely delivery and puts pressure on teams. Employee remuneration should be improved. Compensation levels need to be more competitive to attract and retain skilled staff. Employee engagement can be stronger. More structured activities, recognition, and welfare initiatives would significantly boost morale and commitment. Workload can become demanding during peak seasons, affecting work–life balance for many team members

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
