Office environment and couleges are of same age so easy to mingle and work. Weekend offs
Cons
Should work like slaves and what ur paid is very very less. Average working hours will be at least 11- 12 hours a day. Sometimes need to work for 15-17 hours a day. Lots of work load and work pleasure. No facilities are given to employees. OT is not paid correctly even though we work for long hours. This company is full of ruthless people.
