      Pros

      Great benefits, congenial working environment, lots of holidays, generous sick leave, convenient location, good cause, good reputation in non profit community

      Cons

      Constantly changing non-profit environment, ceo drives a BMW, sometimes referred to as "The Plantation", some benefits have been rescinded over the years. Board of trustees is not diverse.

      Pros

      They are your standard provider. They don't do anything awful. I'd say it's a 50/50 mix of people with good intent and those just there for the paycheck.

      Cons

      Pretty much the same as the cons. Except they did seem to make some big plans and then steer away from them. No real direction and some leadership that likes to be sanitized.
