      Pros

      You will learn a lot. You will have to learn to run cables, troubleshoot computers, card readers, cameras, alarm systems, etc. Company car, the company pays for gas. No nonsense multiple stage interview process, they want to SEE how you can work.

      Cons

      No benefits at all, no vacation pay, no holiday pay, no overtime pay, irregular hours, extra tasks outside of your responsibility.

      Pros

      Very generous employer. Great place to work! You need enough knowledge in structure to finish a project with little help.

      Cons

      It is not a fancy large building but it is a quality place to work.
