Decent company - Rescue Specialist VIGILINT Employee Review

Co-workers are amazing. The people who work for VIGILINT are smart, funny, and make work great. Bosses are flexible and easy. Hours are good, with the ability to flex hours when needed. Good office vibes, lots of meals and lunches out. Great support to coworkers during times of need. Employer paid healthcare with an excellent plan. Really cool business, unique and exciting. Not your run of the mill office.

The trust given to you/not being micromanaged, sometimes makes it hard to get an answer from admin when you need a direct yes/no or input. Their busy schedules make communication difficult at times. Not a lot of room for growth/salary increases.

There are no pros unfortunately.

Management: There is no direction at this company, leadership and management have little to no business experience which can be seen due to the negligence of creating SOP that hinders daily tasks and implementation of new SOPs without them being tested before hand. Culture: The culture is full of intimidation and sexism. If your opinion doesn’t match that of the CEO, COO, and management your job security will be threatened until you comply or until you are fired. Communication and Delusional leadership: Since there is little to no communication inside this company no one ever knows what is going on including the CEO, it’s frustrating because in trying to do your job engaging clients they were promised and sold a product that we can’t provide so you have to stay on your toes due misinformation. Career momentum: There is no growth within the company.
