Pros
Good company to work for, flexible schedule, sitters support each other when you need someone to take over your visits for the day. Company provides paid training and you get paid a minimal amount for weekly over the phone meetings. Company employees are very helpful and supportive. Plus you get to have fun with all the pet clients.
Cons
The only con is the amount you get paid per visit. Visits are usually within ten miles but after driving to and from the location and then the actual dog walk you only get 8.25 for the regular dog visit. Then since you are a contract provider you still have to pay your full taxes.
