Not Good company - Developer VIPTutors Co Employee Review

-The owner micromanages the workers hourly which is not really good -It monitors your screens which means the Owner (David, the owner) do not trust you. -Salary is not really good. -No Professional growth -Does not know how to give constructive criticism -Wants to deploy the given task on the same day which is impossible -NEVER WORK in this Company -Shiella is not great to work with. Pretends the she knows the agile environment, but she's a total, not an expert at all.
