The company does not respect the time of their tutors, and prioritises wellbeing of clients over their tutors. For example, students can cancel sessions at the last minute, and tutors will only be compensated around £5 GBP. This is compared to the vast majority of other tutoring companies who offer full compensation for last minute cancellations. The pay is below what other tutoring companies offer; simultaneously, the demands are much higher as you will constantly be pestered via email out of working hours due to pushy parents. This is by a significant margin the worst tutoring company I have worked for.
