Pros
Great people mostly although some were not experienced in online education techniques. We worked hard and enjoyed a few good perks. It was great working with students and caring people at school districts.
Cons
Demanding management was a reaction to ownership's micro-management and unpredictable expectations and criticisms. The software was a patchwork of other difficult systems that were not very intuitive or well-designed. Lots of turnover and occasional mass layoffs kept morale low.
