      Pros

      There is an atmosphere of comfortable professionalism that allows employees to come in, do their work and leave without undue pressure.

      Cons

      The overall business outlook is quite limited as no new tangible sustainable business is being brought in to make up for the declining old business that is clearly going away. Management is limited to strictly top down dictates with no upward communication truly listened to.
