      I cannot think of any pros

      Cons

      Management is not very well put together. There is absolutely no appropriate trainings. The micro - managing is inevitable. There is no “teams” - either you figure it out on your own or good luck; no team connections. Systems are strange and company has a couple red flags.

      Pros

      Got to meet a lot of friendly people and good work environment. Everyone was willing to help out.

      Cons

      Interns did not have any specific projects to work on and was mostly admin work until towards the end.
