People are friendly, the product is concrete and useful to patients. The Research and Development employees get opportunities to see the product in action, in a doctor's office on human patients with varicose veins, and in animal studies.
Cons
Day to day tasks can be repetitive; the company's core product is very narrow and can be difficult to relate to; FDA regulation makes turnaround time long; not a fast-paced environment by any means
