Pros
The team at manager/junior level is sociable and friendly. This is a really different approach compared to "director/top management level". I presume this means a really good job from HR department.
Cons
Worst director/general management ever (especially in Italy). It's usual working with any clarity on numbers, objectives and country priorities. There is also a daily great confusion on processes, organizations and roles. Also some benefits are only on the paper (launch vouchers for instance).
