      Pros

      Steady work, established customer base, good supervisors, great group of lads at Droylsden. Short hours, no weekends.

      Cons

      Low pay for class 2. Everyone's on a different contract and vows is the lowest paid. Started on agency 6 years ago after 2 years got taken on but had to take a £200 paycut per month. Recently another £170 paycut because they stopped the nightshift. On just over £9 an hour now. Hardly worth turning up.

      None. They at least have canteen. That's all

      Cons

      Everything. No safety at all. On my second day a ppt driver hit me with his ppt, no consequences. Reach truck drivers turn with the load at hight. They do not use horn. Terrible dusty place, one of the most dangerous I have ever seen. Im suprised no one died there
