      Fun, positive environment, end of the month raffle, some free movies.

      Cons

      Low pay. And most of senior management has been there for a very long time, so each department is pretty "locked and loaded." Advancement is a long shot.

      Lots of fun activities and team building.

      Cons

      No matter how great a worker you were, if you had an accent, the upper management would release you or not even give you an opportunity to work at the facility.
