Pros
Tech Before it is released? Check. Innovative and new? Check. Open Management and great incentives? Check. Working at VR Vision so far has been a pleasure and has allowed me to grow my career into what I want it to become. This not a dead end desk job in which you spend 2-3 years in the same position doing the same thing. The management here cares about where you want to be now, tomorrow and next year and builds you up and allows you room to learn. Can't wait to help others grow and boost start their career, even for non-Canadians.
Cons
Working in downtown core can be a rough commute. Like all startup companies it can be very very busy at times and pushes you hard. If you cannot handle hitting the ground running this is not the place for you. Like all startups, the pay starts low and currently no benefits. Thankfully this is Canada.
