      Pros

      Working at the distribution centre has been an incredibly positive and rewarding experience. The leadership fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect. The team is genuinely supportive, celebrating both personal and professional milestones, and there’s a strong emphasis on growth and learning. The workplace strikes the perfect balance between productivity and well-being, offering flexibility, open communication, and a sense of belonging that makes every day enjoyable. I feel proud to work here and am motivated to contribute everyday. Extra bonus - the clothes are beautiful and now my wardrobe is effortless and awesome.

      Cons

      The role can also be physically demanding at times, which may be challenging for those not used to an active work environment. The bar for performance is set high, which can be challenging but rewarding.

      Pros

      Honestly loved working at VRG, my role was fulfilling and I personally liked management. Also found the all women office culture really wonderful.

      Cons

      Others' experience with management was considerably less favourable, with many leaving quite traumatised by how situations were often handled. One particular manager did not treat staff well and it was condoned by the owners.

      Pros

      It's pretty easy work physically. If you like cliquey peaked-in-high school vibes it's good at that.

      Cons

      Just don't do it. Strippers are more empowered than what this place claims to be. Warehouse management waffles on about collaborative environment and feedback but cant take any and confuse you on purpose. Applied for pick/packing but was hired for having a forklift ticket but I was still new and inexperienced with it which I explained explicitly in the interview. I immediately was nit picked about my lack of experience and not given a chance. Experienced ticketed people are not gonna go for this job and how do you expect people to get experience? You get one or two trucks a day so just sponsor a ticket for the dispatch Supervisor who doesn't have one. Also nit picked me for just being a quiet reserved person and not fitting their cliquey highschool vibe.

It is apparent there was a mismatch in expectations and experience around the forklift position but also with company values alignment. We expect all team members, regardless of experience level, to be open to respectful guidance and feedback as part of their employment. Sadly, our team was not treated professionally or respectfully upon delivering this performance feedback.
