      - viele interessante Projekte - abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit - überwiegender Teil der Kollegen sehr nett, und guter Umgangston

      Cons

      - Es gibt Vorgesetzte die ihre Mitarbeiter suboptimal behandeln, und damit trotz regelmäißger Beschwerden durchkommen, worunter Produktivität und Athmosphäre firmenweit leiden. - PhD dauert im Schnitt sehr lange (8 Jahre sind nicht ungewöhnlich), teilweise weil Publikationsarbeit an den Rand gedrängt wird, oder gewisse Projekte Zeit für Publikationen schlicht nicht hergeben.

      Good research and competent scientists, supportive administration. With some luck in the internal management and collaborations the work can be quite interesting and pleasant.

      Cons

      Some of the leaders at high management level are unpleasant, unsupportive and disrespectful.

      Great colleagues, who stay because they love the science. Find a project, write papers to advance your scientific career!

      Cons

      no mentoring, no career advancement opportunities some people in upper management are very difficult to work with, unsupportive, unprofessional.
