- Unprofessional management. Terrible reputation of a family-owned business. - No raise, bonuses or benefit plan for employees of 10 years or more. - None of the management staff (mother and daughters) know anything about business administration, business strategy, customer retention. It is clear every day they are happy to make money cutting every corner possible. - No appreciation, training or recognition of any employees. - Lost and stolen consignment items are normalized and it is never taken responsibility. - Disrespectful and toxic culture to staff and to customers unless they are VIP clients.
