      Pros

      Small business that operates/executes like a large business but keeps the small business feel. True "open door policy" with management/ownership; if there's a problem, they'll actually work to fix it. Veteran owned/veteran friendly

      I've been sitting here thinking for over 20 minutes and I can't think of any!

      Pros

      -Flexible scheduling -Lenient Management -Easy to make productivity -Easy to advance.

      Cons

      -Not always enough work. -Small company -No 401k -Certain leads were not taught leadership. They only know the technical side. -Have to perform lvl II work without the pay that comes with it. -Not much room for advancement. After lvl II its a lead position, then warehouse manager.
