      This is a great place to start and gain valuable experience. It was a fun place to work with great people.

      Cons

      Employees are underpaid and undervalued. Good equipment and up to date technology are hard to come by.

      Pros

      Some upward mobility, opportunity to learn, travel. Nice and talented people as colleagues. Beautiful area of Virginia and situation in the Corporate Research Center by Virginia Tech.

      Cons

      Management was largely terrible. Either you were being micromanaged or not managed at all. Attempts to approve things were met with smiles and approval but never followed through upon.
