      Pay is good and colleagues outside of management nice

      Cons

      The owner rules the company and not the director he is a bully and micromanagement. He spies on his employees with cameras everywhere in the office even in the kitchen. Cars are tracked. Commission stucture for sales only disclosed after months and kept in the dark on purpose if you ever get it paid at all. More than 40 sales people came and left in the last years. Many of them by their own choice. Stay away.

      VTUK isn't just my workplace, it's my close knit family. I work as VTUK's Social Media Executive, everyday I come to work with the attitude and desire to achieve the impossible on social media. It's a pleasure to work amongst the most supportive, skilled and innovative professionals, who support me day in, day out, no matter what I need. Typically, a working day involves managing all the aspects of VTUK's social media presence. As an innovative company, this includes being responsible for the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn presence. I look forward to continuing my journey with VTUK.
