Pros
This place is a lot of fun! It's ever-shifting and very challenging, but there's a sense that everyone's in it together. You will work with fortune 50 clients and probably take out the trash in the same day but that's startup life. Unlimited PTO, and you're encouraged to take it. Plus 15 company holidays. Work from home most of the time, or come to the office that's a 3-minute walk from South Station.
Cons
The salary is competitive but not life-changing, and there's no bonus yet. No 401k match either, but that's coming at some point.
