1. Good Learning opportunity 2. I got two promotions in two years, Software Engineer --> Senior Software Engineer --> Team Leader. 3. VXL Software is like a family, here you don't just work hard, but also enjoy all events including birthday celebrations to the fullest. You become more of friends than colleagues. 4. Real Talent is appreciated. Even if you have work pressure, you would enjoy working here. 5. I can write a book on how great and happy years I spent working with VXL Software. 6. I never wanted odd number of comments, so this is the last one - if you can adapt yourself to the work culture of VXL, then I am sure you can work in any organisation (even under work pressure).
Cons
Every organisation may/may not have shortcomings, but that depends on person to person. So, I believe we should always seek good in everything, and let go the rest.
