*One of the leaders loves to pretend he understand both business and tech while he's just rambling nonsense around AI and hoping one of his pet prjoects will work and clients will pay for it. * Another "leader" loves to pretent he's an F1 Team Principle, although he started watching F1 only with Netflix's Drive To Survive. Coz only DTS dumbed it down to his level and helped him understand it's about cars. * The Finance team will do random salary cuts and then one day, just lay off a bunch of folks under the pretense of cost-cutting. No notice, no warning - nothing. * There are so-called senior folks in the Sales team who've been stagnating for years, have no clear skills but loves to bully youngsters and has single-handedly made the culture extrenely toxic. * Their HR team - one can only wonder why someone with some self-respect would stay in this company. And if you still decide to stay, maybe add some value instead of being thrown around by the 3 Leaders? Unfortunately, LEADER is a wrong word for them coz they're more like glorified managers, who can neither lead nor manage. Now mind you, all these 3 people, have barely any understanding or communication with each other. Or with other teams and employees for that matter. For their current investor: good luck. One can only wonder the lies they told you and the truth they hid from you. If you're interested, please do ask them what happened to a certain deal with a certain petroleum company. You might also want to check why they're "incentivising" low-level staff from Indian colleges with monetary benefits in exchange for G2 for reviews. Not to mention fake reviews on other platforms, especially Google Play STore. For their current employees: find a new job as soon as possible before their either fire you OR you find out what a useless clueless company you've joined. For future employees: RUN - forget you interviewed with them and don't even spend a single day with this clueless, ambition-less company.
