      Culture is great, small office so everyone feels a sense of contribution. Coaching is there and there are some growth opportunities available. Company outings are fun.

      Cons

      Base pay & hours worked. You have to rely on variables out of your hands to receive commission later.

      Pros

      I have taken to projects with Vaco. They are fair with compensation including reasonable health care. The work was interesting and well spelled out. They communicate with their consultants well.

      Cons

      There can be a drought in between projects.
