Partiality by the manager. They will provide work of another member without creating a task on ASANA. They continuously forbidding to team member(to them he doing partiality) that he will do mail CEO. Even If you 2 min late in a office then also he has create the task on ASANA for late coming. Manger are such a made that they are pressuring to Junior that whatever they done work, that Junior team member have to take Internal sever(RDP) and he have to upload on server without anyone help. One day, Manger tell us that after 8 PM please do not work from office, take a laptop at home and do work from home after 8 PM because this will take bad impression outside vagaro and this statement told by CEO sir. Always Manger will call team meeting at the Lunch time i.e., Between 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. At the time of Joining they will tell you that it's 5 day working company but believe me it's not 5 Day working company, they are 7 day working company with 24 hours i.e., 24*7 hours. Even they project structure so mixing up. One time some new Manger asked to Senior level manager(In Vagaro 10-12 year of exp) that which webpage isn't useful At that time Senior level manger told that he also don't know. Even though, they are not using any Agile methodology. They thinking level is too high If someone QA find 800 or 1200 bugs then they worked honest and even they provide Award Employee Of the Month. But in 1 bug repeated 2-3 times. Also they will tell you that you will get Early Joining Bonus if you Join them within 15 days. By chance you join within 15 days, then In a working time they will continuously torturing and you will left company within a 1 or 2 months. At the time of leaving they also threatening you that they will case against you that you have not serve your notice period. But they can't do legally. This is just they don't want to pay last month salary. So they will do just drama.
