Pros
I have had the privilege of working for a few small businesses, but Vahan has been the best one so far. I think it is important to bring value to any team you work with, and the first thing I noticed about Vahan is the long tenure of its employees. I met people who have been with the company for 30-40 years and their children are now working there too. The factory is also well kept and I feel honored to work for a big brand like Vahan. The team is great, the people are friendly and diverse, and everyone is working towards the same goal. The Vahan family is incredibly understanding and accommodating when it comes to vacation time. Employees are given four weeks of paid vacation, two weeks in the summer and two weeks over Christmas holidays. In addition, the Vahan family provides employees with a thirty minute lunch break and birthday cakes. They are also very understanding and supportive when it comes to family emergencies. This family is truly a joy to work for. What touched my heart the most, however, was when some of our employees lost their lives to the Covid pandemic. The Vahan family paid for their funerals out of their own pockets. They are truly a class act. I truly believe it all starts with you first. Be professional, be kind, be willing to learn and grow!
Cons
There is always room to grow. I do not have anything negative to say. If I see anything within the company that need to be improve, we simply address it and move on. There is not room for drama, keep it at home.
