Very much siloed still between different verticals - cinema/vmo/digi. Wanting to sell as an eco system but all get treated differently. Becoming one sales team would be a way better idea.

There is a lot of flexibility and a great fun work culture. There are a lot of fringe benefits with the job and amazing perks to being part of the company. You get cheap movie tickets too

The pay is on the lower end for media sales almost everywhere will pay more for the same position. Theoretically there is a lot of room to grow in the company but they don’t promote or move people easily; you don’t just prove you deserve to grow you often have to fight for it.
