Pros
Flexibility with schedule, trips to Australia.
Cons
If you like being paid for your work and commission don’t work here. They pay the commissions up to 2 years + behind, sometimes 6 months… you never really know. Don't dare to ask about the money you are owed! Same for expenses, be prepared to shell it all out and wait 6 weeks for reimbursement. Be prepared to kiss booty or you’ll be on Laurie Malones naughty list which means you’ll be micromanaged and asked to use spyware apps to record all your conversations and meetings. PTs leave good jobs to come here as they target them for the business development role and they lie about the commission and earning potential. No 401k, mediocre and expensive health insurance. It’s a true boys club so ladies be aware. There’s a reason why it’s all men and 2 female employees in the US. The other reviews of the culture at HQ in Brisbane are also accurate. There is no Human Resources… it’s not an accident. The owners in particular Laurie Malone likes it that way so he can act however he wants without consequences. Chris Rowe is his puppet and will do whatever Laurie says or asks of him despite disagreeing. They spend an exorbitant amount of money on hosting the international employees for yearly meetings but don’t pay commissions timely. Might be having financial issues as they are always seeking investors for “fund raising” The company continues to evolve and get worse. They are poorly equipped to handle all the new hires and business. Always want to grow with no real plan or direction. Lots of turn over. IT is a disaster- if you’re a client, god bless you.
