The team is collaborative, pragmatic, and aligned on delivering results in a dynamic environment. We also are very collaborative and support each other and has lots of FUN!!

Great coworkers and great pay

This company is the perfect example of how not to do a merger; they have no idea what to do or what roles to prioritize. Constant contradiction of policies. Supervisors are catty and have unrealistic expectations. The pay is good until you realize you’re being paid to get abused. My role itself was a joke. ‘Senior Patient Navigator’, more like ‘Call Center Agent’. The company does NOT care about you and will throw you under the bus any chance they get. Super high turnover with everyone leaving as soon as they can to find something better.
