Very Disorganized Place - Negative reviews are True Most Positives are Fake - Anonymous employee ValidaTek Employee Review

Feel like you can be let go at any time. Get conflicting orders/instruction from mngt. I don't think they know what they are doing. I am fairly senior and this in not my first rodeo. The review that said the place is a chop-shop is right on the mark. I was asked to put up a good review because the recruiters are having a hard time hiring folks - I refused to do so but I thought ok I will write one that is the truth. I have met some of the most two faced folks in my professional life here.
