The best reasons to work at this company are: You can review the websites they give you and the pay is great. What is important is that a company become fun for young people and Validately does that for me.

Sometimes it takes awhile for test to be emailed to you, but that's not their fault. Otherwise, there are no other cons.

I really like working with everyone on the team. It's a really smart, friendly and helpful bunch of people with a ton of experience. There is no BS or office politics. Communication is great and everyone is on the same page. Great vacation policy and great work/life balance.

The "usual" stuff for a startup. Don't expect to be told step-by-step what you need to do - you're gonna need to figure out some stuff on your own. No 401k matching. Also, it would be great if we had a free onsite lunches and kombucha on tap (we'll get there someday).
