Pros

Salaries are competitive, and they need to be. The employees that actually do the work are excellent - hard working and talented.

Cons

Financially incompetent, from the sales management, the business planning, the employee share options right down to the persistent failures to adequately administer payroll or pension schemes even after multiple employees flagged up issues.

Since 2021 the majority of the senior leadership team has changed with a focus on back-to-basics. Since Oct 2022 we changed Chairman and CEO and developed a concrete plan aligned to clear OKRs. We’ve had a significant funding injection and focused on our core business. We have also implemented much needed processes against some of the issues you highlighted above. Not finished, but hopefully people are seeing changes in the last 3 months.

Pros

Validis has given me the opportunity to excel with and learn from the best. Enjoyable office culture with offices in two great locations (Austin TX, London UK) that exposes you to to a diverse set of experiences.

Cons

Continue the leadership communication, that has worked well across the last 9 months.

Pros

Its a good company for a select few.

Cons

Lacks direction and innovation. Ethics are not taken seriously. Revolving door of employees.
