Everybody is visible and can make a difference, but that also means there's nowhere to hide if you aren't meeting expectations. Targets and training are clear and leaders support us in getting better, but you have to pull your weight to stick around and grow. If you consider that a con, then you might not be happy at this company.
Also, because of growth, job functions don't stay the same forever. While this doesn't bother me, some people don't like that and want things to never change (which doesn't happen anywhere, by the way). If you roll with the punches and evolution of the company, you get to learn new things and build your resume.
