      - Remote work and flexibility - Great colleagues - Nice workplace

      Cons

      - Management poor hiring of some people leads to huge losses - Blind favoritism offering high salaries, promotions and titles to a team which cannot deliver. The team is now non-existent - The lead of that team goes on to lead, delivering no results and driving away capable people
