Upper management is a joke The are a reactive company not a proactive one

Great pay. Nothing else remarkable about Valkyrie Aero.

No clear lines on who’s in charge of what. Everybody wants to be in charge but nobody wants to lead or make the tough decisions. Extremely toxic environment, what little leadership there is it’s driven by ego or fear of losing one’s job. Plus no room for growth. There are much better opportunities out there. Keep looking.
