Terribly chaotic, stressful, and emotionally draining work environment. The doctors (with the exception of 1) will treat you with extreme disrespect. If you go in as a patient, chances are you’ll witness the belittling, even yelling, from doctor to staff. If you get hired, you likely won’t be trained properly and will have unrealistic expectations thrown upon you, with little support. You’ll be expected to make the doctors’ lives as easy as possible, while getting criticism in every direction- physician, patient, coworkers, and management. Two employees walked out within one week of each other. That should say enough.
